Lorrine has over 20 years of experience in the health and fitness niche, including a degree in exercise sports science, experience as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. She was a college athlete and personally felt the pressure and burnout that comes with the demands athletes face.
She’s coached hundreds of athletes, both 1-on-1 and whole teams to be secure in their identity and to overcome their challenges. She feels called to help athletes become leaders and empower them to choose their thoughts and value who they are as a whole.
